International Shipping:

• For our valued customers outside the UAE, we offer international shipping at a flat rate of AED 120.
• International orders may take 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country's customs process and local postal services.

Return and Exchange Policy:

• Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchased items. All sales are final.
• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
