Returns:
- We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of scent, or purchasing the wrong product.
- Exceptions will only be made for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for verification purposes.
Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective items that are deemed eligible for return by our customer service team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes both domestic and international shipping charges.
- Gift cards or promotional items are also non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you wish to try a different scent or product, you will need to place a new order.
